“Ohhhh, okaaaaaay,”

slowly backing away, backing away, hoping to break eye contact with you.

Or, the comedians of the world will respond with,

“Well, I’ll be. You study the brain? Why don’t you study my brain? It’ll be a quick study. Ain’t much going on in there.”
